We accept cancellation, returns and replacement of products should any faults be discovered:

-The right of withdrawal presumes that the seller is given notice within 30 days after delivery is received.

-The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product can not be returned in the approximate original state, or damage incurred is due to negligence from the consumer.

-The return cost is to be payed by the consumer.

-Minuendo is to refund the total value including shipping to consumer within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The amount refunded will be the amount paid, even when using discounts, promo codes or gift cards. The refunds are issued by original way of payment (f.ex. reversing of credit card charge or bank transfer).

-Extended warranty: If an earplug stops working (without external damage  occurring) within 3 years of purchase, it will be replaced given that the non-functioning earplug is returned to Minuendo AS. The extended warranty does not apply to eartips or accessories.

-Your personal shipping information is shared with our logistics partner Hapro Electronics AS.
